CV Studio ("CV", "we", "us") is a multidisciplinary practice with offices in Paris, Geneva, and Dubai. We act as data controller for personal data collected through this website and during client engagements.

  • Identification data you provide via our contact form (name, company, email, phone).
  • Project information you share when requesting a consultation.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited.

03 · How we use it

We process your data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, comply with legal obligations, and improve the performance of our website. We do not sell personal data and do not engage in profiling for advertising.

Our processing is grounded in (a) your consent, (b) the performance of a contract, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice.

Enquiries are retained for 24 months. Client engagement records are retained for the duration required by professional, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
